Easy check in by the friendly reception lady, the apartment was very nice cosy, with enough space, nespresso machine was such a nice surprise, location wise perfect, a spar just downstairs for all your needs, very friendly staff, ordered a taxi for us on our last day. If you want a sure value for money place to stay in vienna, you can t do better then this.

There is no bad thing to say about this hotel. Starting with the room, I stayed in a one bedroom suite. The room was huge ! Separate bath and toilet and the bathroom was really big compared to all the other hotels I have stayed at. Comfortable bed. Tv in living room and bedroom. The thing I love the most is the rooftop terrace. It has a great view of Vienna. There is a supermarket next door so one night we bought cheeses and wine and had a lovely night watching the sunset and the view. There was no one there so we had it all to are selves.
Agnes who was at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Another plus was the washing and drying machines in the basement (great help in long trips)

I thought at first I might have got the wrong place when I saw some of the negative reviews on here about MyPlace because our experience couldn't have been more different.
My boyfriend and I booked a weekend away for his birthday and really lucked out when we found this - we paid £555 total for decent flights and two nights accommodation (and this in half term too!).
The location was ideal - lots of bars, restaurants, shops and landmarks within walking distance and yet it was a quiet street. There was even a supermarket next door!
We were greeted warmly and the staff was helpful. Despite coming in and out at all hours, there was always someone at the reception desk. We didn't have the breakfast, preferring to go out for it, but there was tea and coffee in the kitchenette in our room. The undeniable USP of this hotel is the roof terrace. The supermarket and fridge and glasses in the room means that as the sun goes down you can sip a glass of wine surrounded by the beautiful Viennese rooftops. We had the place to ourselves, it is comfortable and really rather romantic.
Our room was just as it appeared on Expedia - stylish, modern and attractive. There was a spacious bathroom with huge walk-in shower, big comfortable bed, spotless floor and kitchen area and plenty of hanging space for clothes. It was like a contemporary apartment with the living area cleverly fitted into one end so that there was even a sofa and coffee table and this was the basic room.
The only minor downside was the enormous mirror in the entrance area of the room which we both agreed was very unflattering. Perhaps we shouldn't have eaten all those delicious cakes but after all when in Vienna...
We would definitely recommend MyPlace to others, it ticked all our boxes and was an absolute bargain.

I would never pay the advertised price. This place looks fantastic in the pictures on net but the rooms were dated, very tired, stained curtains, walls and floors and had a general dirty feel to these rooms and we were in a deluxe one. The space is good but just so very tired and dirty. We also had breakfast included which was stale horrible breads and croissants but some other decent items but not worth paying for unless they include this but even so you get lovely stuff outside hotel for dirt cheap. The location is pretty good. It isn't however 24 hr reception. I think one could find better for that price in Vienna. We paid apprx 100 euros per night. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Room Tip: Stay somewhere else

Stayed here for a 3 night city break. very easy to get here from airport via train and one underground stop. Short walk from the station. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Apartment clean and had everything required for a weekend away. Did not have their breakfast as chose to buy from supermarket and use facilities. Easy to sight see either on foot or by using the underground.
