This is the Vin Apartment (smallest of the three). Entryway, toilet with shower, and a large room with bed, closet, TV with stand, table and two chairs, and a little kitchen unit with cupboards above with two-burner cook top and fridge. I appreciated having a toaster. Not many of my rentals do. There is an electric kettle for hot water and three different coffee makers. Even a bit of coffee in the cupboard. Salt, pepper, sugar and olive oil were in the cupboard. And tubes of mustard in the fridge.
Everything is in threes for glassware, dishes and utensils. Kitchen towel, new sponge, and dish soap is provided. Hand soap for bath and toilet paper provided. Flooring is tile in entry and bath and hardwood (Pergo?) in great room. Three grocery stores within five minutes' walk (Hofer, Billa, and Spar Gourmet). The bahnhof has ATM as well as Tabac for tram/bus/metro tickets.
Very clean. I added two stainless steel baskets for the shower to hold soap and shampoo. There is a heated towel rack in the bathroom. You can use the washing machine in the hallway and hang your clothes on the drying racks. There is an ironing board and iron, also in the hallway. You pay 22 euro for cleaning, but you walk into a very clean room. The #10 tram goes onto the ring and passes one block away. Lots of good restaurants nearby.
The three windows in the great room are just above street level. I had my windows open and because the street is a private one (no outlet), the traffic is minimal. But garbage day is Tuesday, so don't plan to sleep in.
I was extremely pleased with the accommodation and will definitely use this when I come to Vienna again.
