Make sure that you stay here when you're in Vienna. Although the road right outside the apartment building was a bit dark, but always remind yourself that you are in Vienna which I can gladly say to be one of the safest cities I've ever been to.
The door leading to the hallway (the second door) can be quite tricky to open, it's better to practice opening this door while Roland (the host) is there with you so that you don't get stuck between the front door and the hall door for 30 minutes (like I did).
The studio apartment was warm, large and very very very comfortable. Tea, coffee, sugar and amenities are all provided. The bed was soft and comfortable and it's very quiet for a good night sleep.
Bathroom was also very clean and quite spacious, according to my standard, with heated towel racks.
You will be given a free map and Roland is more than happy to show you where all the main attractions are.
The apartment is probably 10 minutes walk from Friedenbrucke bahnhof on U4 which is very convenient and yet, not too crowded or too touristy.
Since this is an apartment complex, you have access to the washing machine/dryer provided by Roland which is right outside of our studio apartment door. It can be quite noisy so it is best that you do the laundry at a reasonable time of day and not too late at night when people might already be sleeping. I can't emphasize enough the importance of finding/having washing machines and dryers while we're on a 4 weeks trip across Europe.
Also, there is a restaurant right outside the apartment building if you don't feel like going anywhere far for dinner or lunch.

In short, an excellent stay and extremely recommended.

Also, Free Wifi.. YAAAAY

Thank you Roland.
