The upper floor is beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. We had coffee and pastries in late morning. A fine stop to get warm and out of a light rain. The mochiato and chocolate croisant hit the spot. For the two of us it was less that 10 Euros, so a very reasonable brake.

Not fine dining obviously.

The ground floor has a bar and allows smoking, while the first floor is for non-smokers and for those want a larger table and a quieter ambiance. The furniture upstairs isn't the best.

The menu has the local influences; Austrian, Italian, Hungarian. They also sell Italian ice cream by the bar.

The prices are very okay, even if you're on the main shopping/tourist street of Innerstadt Wien. Maybe I usually go to too expensive places, but the prices seemed decent I thought.

Situated on a main shopping street on the way to St Stephens cathedral there is inside and a large heated outdoor seating area. We have had continental breakfast there this week and a few stops for coffee. Very busy very crowded but really good. Much more popular than others next door which is always strange but I guess that’s what people are attracted to - we were. Good servers.

Visited intially on our first evening and sat downstairs inside as the outdoor seating was packed. We were immediately given attention and asked if we would like drinks and once we had given our order, didn't wait more than fifteen minutes for it to arrive. I honestly enjoyed the schnitzel with the potato salad it was lovely, so much so, we came back. Once for an evening meal (upstairs)- which was not the same experience, the waiter seemed 'too' interested in observing people coming in, food was not as good, service was slower and had to ask for additional things. But, visited again for Sunday breakfast (downstairs) and the waiter was excellent, food served promptly, super attentive - really good experience overall.

Not only the food and service was bad they also shut down the heating and the lights on us because they wanted to close. There are much better options in the area.
