Not fine dining obviously.
The ground floor has a bar and allows smoking, while the first floor is for non-smokers and for those want a larger table and a quieter ambiance. The furniture upstairs isn't the best.
The menu has the local influences; Austrian, Italian, Hungarian. They also sell Italian ice cream by the bar.
The prices are very okay, even if you're on the main shopping/tourist street of Innerstadt Wien. Maybe I usually go to too expensive places, but the prices seemed decent I thought.
