Go, if nothing else than for the view. Gebhardsberg sits up in the mountain looking like a castle. It has a commanding view of Bregenz. The atmosphere is old world with excellent service. If your party is small, try to eat outside on the terrace. The food is good. I've eaten there several times and have never been disappointed. During the opera season, there is an opera menu that is pricey but gives the diner a three or four course meal at a set price with an optional wine tasting (at additional cost) for each course.
