This hotel is not only a disaster in terms of conditions, furniture in the rooms, cleanliness but foremost because of the worse service I've ever had at a so-called 4 stars hotel. It's a family owned hotel (the Bittner Family) who are extremely bitter when it comes to customer service and client orientation.

They feel superior when it comes to interactions with customers and that's excatly what happened to me when I stayed there. In addition, all of them, starting with the old father, the owner, who doesn't give a damn about his customer's satisfaction at all up to his rude daughters who completely ruined our stay at the hotel.

Basically, they had put one of their teenage daughters at the reception who literally told us in the middle of the night that she doesn't give a damn if we leave the hotel and look for something else after we had already booked out hotel room which was not according to what we had paid for. The Wifi connection was low and/or did not work properly during our stay.
Old carpets with holes, screwed old sheets, no toilet paper, no sufficient soap, smelly dusty room. It feels like a 2 Stars hotel max. No free parking available close to the hotel. The price of an "open-air garage" they could offer is at an excessive price.
When we asked the rude receptionist to put us in touch with the hotel manager, she said "the hotel manager is not available and I don't know when she will be back". It turned out that the hotel manager is one of her sisters, another rude personnel of the hotel with no client orientation.
When we complain to Ms Patrizia (the hotel manager) about the poor service we got and about the condition of our room which was not satisfactory at all, Ms Patrizia said: "If you promiss me that you won't put a negative feedback about us on the web, I could try to give you a discount". This sentence made very clear to us that we are dealing with corrupt people (family members) who try to sell their hotel at 4 Stars level and based on the fact that customers have a low significance for them.

Never again. If you are looking for a 4 Stars hotel in Innsbruck, I can send you a large number of recommended hotels, where they treat you with respect and in a friendly manner and where you get what you pay for.

A good basic European hotel, we asked for a quiet room with a bit more space facing the courtyard. It was an easy walk to the old city and to the river. A bit more challenging to the train with suitcases, but we managed. Clean rooms, basic furnishings and bath, a bit above average. The breakfast was very good. We would stay there again.

The hotel is very good situated, in the very centre of the city. You can walk to the old town and to the central station and other places. Parking wasn't available when we arrived and when available it costs twice as much, as the municipal parking near by. As written before, the hotel is definitely not a 4**** hotel. It can be barely called a 3*** - the rooms are without A/C (you need to pay extra: it's just ridiculous for a 4-star hotel), bathroom wasn't that clean with hair on the floor. Furniture in the room is old and the walls need renovation. The window didn't closed properly. Beds are fine, although there were some spots on bed sheets. Breakfast was somewhat fine, with waiters bringing you tea or coffee, which looks very strange like in some Turkish hotel, as if it will be charged upon your check-out. The choice of products for the breakfast is below average, I liked cheese and fruits, but all the other things - without any enthusiasm.
I will definitely not choose this hotel for my next stay in Innsbruck and don't recommend it to you. It's an awful value for money you pay for your stay here.

Less than 5 mins walk to the main tourist area. Nice welcome from reception who advised where we could park our motorbike. Style of the hotel is Art Nouveau, very clean but basic/traditional rooms which are not air conditioned. Breakfast was all you need with sufficient choice.
