We were in Moncao for 3 days and as is french tradition, restaurants would stop serving food at different times or not even open. We stumbled upon the Le Pitchon Bar and were surprised with the quality of the food, the speed at which is was served and the friendliness of the staff. The waitress was born in Monaco, lived in California for 15 years and moved back to Monaco, so she spoke English and was very friendly...even remembering our names the 3 times we ate there over three days. Not fancy, not expensive and seem to be always open when I went by, I give the Pitchoun Bar two thumbs up.
