Excellent food. Terrace afflicted by pigeons. Menu is limited and you are not always presented with the bit with main course options.

Fish and chips on friday was good, but staff lazy and rude. Service very slow, and staff seemed put out we arrived before 12 noon. Attitude typical of the hotel generally.

Good food served at the right pace, again the staff are very good indeed. The choice of eating inside or out on the terrace was nice too, watching the world pass by as we dined.

Good ambience, good food and good service. Two visits and excellent at both - in marked contrast to my hotel!

A very lovely and ideally places bar/brasserie within the Columbus hotel nestled at the side as you go in and up the stairs on the right. Ambiant lighting and some week nights a band plays. Also ladies - go on a Thursday as it is 'Ladies Night' and happy hour 50% reduced drinks between set times. I suggest that you also try the Princess Grace cocktail - it was something I was determined to try as soon as I got there. 8Euros on happy hour (steep when not...but hey it's a one off) and it comes in a lovely glass, and is only available at this hotel. I think (correct me if I am wrong, anyone) that it is pink Moet along with some other lovely taste. We got Olives and little nibbles too. Bar staff are very friendly, seems to get filled up later on with businessmen/women which is not a problem at all. All very lovely, and quite a few Brits listening in to the jokes. It's a bit way out from the centre of Monaco, and along Fontveille harbour there are other drinking venues but this is a lot more sophisticated and you feel spoilt when you are sat enjoying yourself.
