We stayed in a penthouse apartment which we felt raised our expectations. The apartment was large, modern and clean however all the furniture was 'mock' leather and with the heat v.uncomfortable to sit on. There was air conditioning however this was not working v.well in one of the bedrooms plus with large glass windows right across ths main living area with no blinds or shutters to give shade ghe whole apartment was too hot at times. Loved the garden area and pool and the setting in paphos was quiet just a short walk from the beach and bars. Would stay on the complex again but in anothet cheaper apartment.

Spent 7 nights here, the apartment we had (208b) was lovely : kitted out with modern furnishings, separate double bedroom with air-con and a well equipped kitchen. Also in the apartment were DVDs, books, UK TV channels and CDs. We had friends staying too and their apartment was equally as nice (107b)

The pool is lovely, one of the largest in Paphos with allocated loungers for each apartment.

The main strip is a 10-15 minute stroll away, where you'll find plenty of great bars and restaurants - a few of our favourites being 'Penguinos', 'The Garage Grill' and 'La Palace Royale' (reviews to follow)

The only drawback is the Supermarket on the complex. It may have been that we were coming to the end of the season, but the shelves were bare with very little choice. The best bet is the large Supermarket opposite Debenhams up by the Harbour - loads of choice, and around €8 for a cab back.

All in all I'd highly recommend these apartments, and we will definitely use them again.

We have just finished a weeks stay at limnaria (K204) and were really happy with the accommodation. The flats all seem to be well equipped and clean and ours had Wireless Internet which was a bonus for those with IPhone paraphernalia (other branded gadgets available!). Limnaria apartments are well situated - lots of options for eating out, including Les Amis and ZaZa's which are both very good. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes away but the complex has two good sized pools which are kept clean. There are also lots of options locally for cheap car hire. The only negatives were the number of empty retail outlets and the general 'run down' air of the harbour area of Paphos which is understandable given the current economic climate. All in all, a really good, value for money holiday.

Room Tip: Block K is furthest away from the pool which blocks out some of the noise from late night revellers!

We just had 2wks in the limnaria gdns,we were part of a wedding party so we had 7 apartments and i think i can speak for everyone when i say we were all happy with the complex. Its location is perfect as evrything is within easy walking distance. The pool area was ideal and all the apartments were up to scratch very clean and tidy. Our apartment 102a was well equipped and had everything we needed and we will quite happily stay
there again.
