Booked in for the 4 day gastronomic experience for our short stopover in Cyprus. We were impressed right from the first response to our initial enquiry. Sara arranged our activities around some closures for Easter so we could still fit everything in as well as a local taxi to pick us up from from the airport.
We loved our time learning to make Ravioli and bread with Maroula, lots of laughs and stories. Hiking with Sara and Tasos was lots of fun with being shown the different plants and birds not to mention the lovely scenery in the mountains.
The food was amazing, different jams each day with breakfast (which was also different each day and had a Cypriot flavour) and some amazing dinners.
Watching and partaking in the Haloumi making was also really special, the whole family was involved!
We still had time to explore the village and local paths, help walk the dogs, visit a winery and bio farm as well as spending a day visiting Nicosia.
I’ll be back to explore more of Cyprus and will be staying here again!More
