This Promenade is one of the best attractions in Limassol and it's a great walk by the sea. The main promenade is about two kilometres where the first public car park is located. There are lots of palm trees and other trees in a straight line. There are cafes, few car parks, WCs, sitting areas by the sea. We walked two evenings and once day time out of our nine days stay. You can sit and relax on the bench and even some gym equipment along the way. A free walk for every one and can take baby buggies.

This promenade is approx. 5 miles long, it can take some time to walk along from some hotels to the old town. Further from the old town there is limited access to prom from main road. On our walk along prom small cafe's had not opened as it was early in the season. Good views out into bay where several ships were seen.
there is a regular bus service along the walkway so if you get tired you can hope on board one of the frequent buses heading towards the old town or return to your hotel. Standard fare of 1.5 euro, frequency ever 15 minutes.

Perfect morning or evening walk to the marina.
This walk is made easy with the beautiful wide promenade, trees and shrubs each side. You can roller blade, skate or just sit and enjoy the tranquil sun and sea lapping.
You have the sea splashing one side and the shops a stones throw away on the other.
With wooden platforms taking you out over the sea every so often, sculptures dotted along the route and coffee shops for refreshments you will not be disappointed. Great for a morning or evening walk.

This was just a very pleasant and relaxing walk along the promenade after a long day driving and being in the car.
