On a recent 10 day stay at the Amathus Beach Hotel, we dined at Limanaki four times.
The seafood is excellent, with an good choice on the menu, 3 tasting menus and a fresh fish counter to choose from.
We particularly enjoyed the red snapper, but also tried red mullet, lobster, scallop risotto and the fish skewers.
The location, by the beach is lovely, and the service is excellent, as it is throughout the hotel. The staff are very knowledgeable about fish and wine, and we enjoyed the excellent sauvignon blanc which our waiter suggested.
We consider this restaurant, while not inexpensive, to be excellent value for the overall experience. It has become one of my favourite restaurants in the world.
