Located in the heart of Luxembourg it is easily accessible from city center (15mins walk) or bus.

A lift is available and the 'lounge' is located next to the reception in the lobby or upstairs on the top floor.

Concerning, the service, I must say that I did not experience any disagreement. All the staff was professional and nice. Everything was correct for the price..
Flats have enclosed kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Security is ensured by a fog and a pin code at the main door. A security hard is normally also on site.

I would recommend for short stay even if I stayed for over 3 months there as I was looking for a apartment at the time.

Overall, I had a good experience.

I stayed in this hotel during June 2015. The Hotel although conveniently situated in Belair is not very comfortable at all. It features self service and the rooms are only cleaned before you arrive and then once you left.

Not even the dustbin is emptied or dishes washed or replaced.

Although the hotel is not a full service hotel these basic services would have been welcome.

Parking was very difficult to find in the busy neighbourhood. Paid parking was available but the garage entrance was being rebuilt and it was very difficult to use.

If you look for comfort there will be better alternatives available,

This is a good place, with a lovely large and clean room. Same for the bathroom, although only shower, which is fine with me. It is located at a good distance from town centre (10 mins walking). However, I will not stay again since I think it is rather expensive for what you get and, major gripe: Internet is VERY expensive. I stay in Lux hotels very often and the vast majority has free internet and a nice breakfast (included). In this case you also have to pay for breakfast and it is rather poor. I wouldn't bother! Also very poor selection of TV channels and none in English ! It includes a small sink, small hob, microwave, cutlery, plates and glasses - all in a cupboard! It can come in handy if you're travelling alone and a bit rushed. There is a supermarket nearby but it closes rather early at about 6pm.

This efficiency hotel was exceptionally clean +1 point.
The foam mattress was so dense that I felt like I was sleeping on a slab of rock -10 points.
The room had a kitchen +1 point.
The kitchen was miniscule -1 point.
The room had 2 windows +1 point.
One window opened into central hall -1 points.
No air conditioning or temperature control -1 point.
No air circulation without both windows open -1 point.
Noisy guests arriving from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. - 5 points.
Noisy guests standing in central hall talking for 1 hour - 5 points.
you get the idea... don't stay here unless you are a heavy sleeper and have experience sleeping on rock...

Room tip: Ask for a room that does not have a window that opens onto the central hall.
