The eagle's nest is a lovely house on a beautiful rural location.
Everything was immaculately clean, the owners very welcoming, and the breakfast tasty.
Thank you, Anne & Rainer, for sharing your home with us for a very enjoyable stay!

I had a wonderful 3 night stay in Eagle's Nest at the end of July for a cycling holiday.

This B&B is run by a lovely German couple who make absolutely sure everything is perfect during your stay. The breakfasts were yummy (with generous servings) and the bedroom was comfortable and large.

I was able to keep my bike securely stored during the night and the location is excellent if you are thinking of the area as a base to explore the rest of Donegal.

I would particularly recommend Portnoo beach nearby if the weather is nice during your stay.

Absolutely first class. My wife and I stayed here for the night when we attended a friends wedding in Portnoo. Rainer and Anna were extremely welcoming, the room was fantastic and to make sure we got home safe they aos came and picked us up at the end of the night. Breakfast was top class, freshly cooked. Dont have a bad word to say about the place! If we are ever in the area again we will definite be booking!

The couple that run this B & B are absolutely lovey, the food is excellent and the surroundings are picturesque, really enjoyed our 3 night stay and were able to take our 2 small dogs with us as well, would highly recommend this establishment.

A little off the main road this B&B was worth the extra few minutes to get there. Hosts Anna and Rainer could not not be more helpful and are pleasant company to talk with over breakfast, which is made to order for whatever you want German speaking and with definite European influences and with stunning outlook it was a great place to stop over and do the touring around that area with unique beaches and towns and of course spectacular scenery There is a a local pub 5 mins walk away called Packies and another one 10 mins away called Elliot's where musicians came in on a Friday night and hold a get together of Irish music great nights entertainment
