At the end of our Iceland trip we stayed two nights at this hotel. It is slightly modern than one of the other centre hotels and I realised there were 5 of them. This hotel also got limited parking facilities. All hotels we stayed in Iceland are average but overpriced compared to rest of the world. Out of three we found this to be the best.

Located at the end of the Main Street in town, the hotel made it easy for exploring. It was only steps away from a bus stop. Whether going on a tour or coming or going from the airport, the location was perfect. Breckfast was included and they had fresh, warm bread and some of the best pastries. There was a good selection and always fresh fruits and juices. We ate at the hotel’s restaurant several times. The meals were well prepared and delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. As for the staff, they were always friendly and helpful with all my questions. For a nominal fee we also had use of the relaxing spa. Great stay!

This hotel is just about perfect. The beds are super comfortable. The breakfast that is included is beyond wonderful. A selection of breads, meats, cereals, the best oatmeal I ever had, skyr, fruit, juices, coffee, spreads, you name it. Front desk staff is so accommodating. The place to stay in Reykjavik.

We chose this hotel because it looked modern and light and was in a good location. We were all very happy with the choice as the staff were extremely helpful, the beds comfortable and the rooms light and airy. The breakfast was copious and varied and the hot-tub a bonus, although we would have preferred the hot-tub to be included in the price or a family discount on the additional price. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel modern, conveniently located on main street of downtown Reykjavik with limited amount of free parking. Staff very helpful an friendly. Rooms a good size, clean and quite with good shower but firm foam pillows a a shortcoming. Breakfast more than adequate with bacon/eggs/sliced meats/cheese and if you're into pickled fish and pate it's there with an assortment of fresh breads. Ran out of coffee so only detraction.
