Really enjoyed our stay here, it is on the main street in Reykjavik but not too noisy as it's the opposite end from the main pubs and clubs.

Room was really well decorated, good quality with nice mini kitchen, complete with dishwasher and coffee machine. shame the view was of a building site, but the Hotel can hardly be blamed for that.

Supermarket is just down the road for supplies, which is considerably cheaper (Though still pricy!)

Nice big shower, and bathroom all well equipped and to a good high standard.

Reception was (I assume) 24 hours - They were certainly always there! They had good tips and helped with any info we needed. There is some limited free parking overnight but you'll need to feed the meters in the morning or park a bit further away and walk.

I loved staying here. We had to switch accommodation from another hotel during our trip to Reykjavik, and I couldn't have been happier we stumbled upon this place. The hotel is pretty new so everything is in great shape from reception to the room. The decor is stylish, modern and the room had great facilities, including a little kitchenette. We stayed in a deluxe studio and while it wasn't big, there was enough space to hang around.

While we originally thought this hotel was tailored for singles and couples, we found it actually to be really child-friendly (we were travelling with a toddler). They provided us with a baby cot and the room came equipped with local tips for families, including locations for children's parks.

Our room was facing the street which is quite busy and we were worried the noise would keep us awake at night but it wasn't bad at all. Might be a different story if you stay in the summer and need to keep the windows open though. Laugavegur is one of the main shopping and restaurant streets in Reykjavik.

Room Tip: The most quiet rooms aree the ones not facing the street

Best possible location in the city, best hospitality by staff and manager, best hotel we stayed during the entire trip to Iceland.
It is worth it!
We had 2 rooms, one was a big studio and the other a bit smaller.
All rooms are well equipped with a full kitchen and a coffee machine.

Look no further. This hotel is amazing. Best design I have seen in any hotel in ages.

Parking is easy nearby. Make sure to bring coins to meters, I was not successful with credit card.

Nice service. Spectacular design.

Fine accommodations with refrigerator and microwave/convection oven. for one who wants to eat in - but I don't know why you would as the restaurants are plentiful and enjoyable. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Resolved issues promptly and effectively. Absolutely satisfied. A bit pricey, but not for Reykjavek. The city and Island are fantastic. One caveat is that it is somewhat expensive. Taxi from airport to town is over $150 US$. But the trip was well worth it. Take the various tours available. IN particular the South Coast and Glacier Expedition and Snaefellsnes. You will not regret taking them. I have mixed views on the Blue Lagoon - more of a female thing. My wife enjoyed it while I could take it or leave it.
