Staied here for one night. Our booking was done wrong but the staff cleared the problem quickly - very helpful. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is in the nearby Sokos hotel but it is worth the walk. The bacon is a clear 10 on the 10 scala - crispy and god tast. Nice athmosphere.More

I've stayed in this hotel several times, and every time I'm impressed with its friendly staff and warm and cosy interior. I prefer this one instead of Hotel Torni. The only con is that for breakfast you'll have to walk to the next building, Hotel Torni. However, during summertime that's not a problem. Very quiet rooms.

The Torni hotel's breakfast buffet next door is great, but did you know that after the summer there will be also Villa's mini breakfast served in Villa's lobby?
So there is an option to stay in Villa for breakfast as well after August 12th :)

Original Sokos Hotel Villa
Nice hotel in a good location near railway station and hotel Torni. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was very friendly! Breakfast buffet was at Hotel Torni and it was very high standard as usually in Finnish hotels. Overall very pleasant visit. Only downside is expensive parking, but that is normal in any city center.

Original Sokos Hotel Villa
A small boutique hotel near Tampere Talo where a lot of conferences/events take place, so it's ideal to stay here if you're attending something in Tampere Talo. Breakfast happens in the other Sokos Hotel Tower right next door, breakfast is 6:30-10 am and has quite a wide selection. There is a sizable parking garage right under the hotel, albeit parking is a bit expensive, although safe (21€ if your car is there all day or for a greater portion of the day - check prices at finnpark.fi). A cute hotel, bar and breakfast however in the other building. Check-in and out was easy and fast. Would recommend.

Here are the plusses and minuses of our stay
-You can't adjust the air conditioning, it was too cold at night.
-Our room had a view of the 24/7 gym next door. We could hear faint music from the gym all through the night.
-Sound-proofing isn't optimal, we could hear clearly someone blow drying their hair early in the morning.
-The person at the reception wasn't particularly friendly, wasn't rude either though.
+ The breakfast was delicious and the staff there very friendly.
+Although small, the room was clean and nicely decorated.
+Bed was very comfy and you get a selection of pillows to choose from.
+ The kettle in the room was a nice surprise.

First, I apologize for the inconvenience you had with your room.
You can adjust the room temperature in all our rooms higher or lower. Did you ask the reception or was there something wrong with the machine?
Also sorry for the noise from the gym. Some of our rooms are located in the end of the hotel and the windows there are facing to the gym in the nearest shopping mall. We have a security person who can shut the noise down from the gym if it is too loud or disturbing.
