The flavors brought me right back to my Rome travelling days. Excellent dough, zingy tomato sauce and fabulous cheese. And they really want to make the experience great for you.

I had the salmone blanco, ingredients fresh and tasty dough. Great Italian white wine. I will come back again, ciao!

The first time I was invited by Finnish friends to join them. I usually don't go to Italian restaurants because it is often very disappointing. I had to change my mind. It was a great and delicious surprise. 100% Italian: ingredients, recipes and people. If you close your eyes, it feels like to be in Rome... Stop this myth about Neapolitan pizza: it is not the only way to eat pizza. I am from Rome and I like the Roman style pizza. I like Neapolitan style pizza too. However NEAPOLITAN pizza is not equal to BURNED pizza. Go to Naples and check! Friendly staff and delicious product with an original idea: they grow their on basilico! Definitely in my favourite places list in Tampere.

I’ve been to Basiliko just by chance, Being Italian I usually avoid Italian restaurants and pizzerias when abroad! Must thank my friends for insisting, very nice place and fantastic food! The pizza is really Italian style, they can make it either crispy or soft according to your taste, the service is excellent, the people very friendly and take good care of you, besides the choices of wines is really incredible being so far from Italy! I warmly recommend Basiliko to everybody who likes pizza and a warm friendly ambience.

I visited the green house near the Pizzeria, it's genuinely impressive. Also bought a pack of fresh pesto, really awesome.
