New and extremely clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the whole experience was excelent. Hotel restaurant is worth a visit too. Good location, walking distance from the city center and bus/railway station. With a little effort this hotel could be easy turned in to a five star place!!!
The hotel is new with spacious clean rooms and big windows. Breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from. All the staff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I have nothing to complain and my stay was verygood overall.
I must admit I'm not a big fan of the Sokos Hotel chain but was pleasantly suprised by my stay at Solo Sokos Hotel Paviljonki in Jyväskylä. The brand new hotel with spacious, comfortable and well equipped rooms was a treat during a busy business trip, and my stay really felt like luxury in the ordinary life.
Friendly service and delicious breakfast made of local ingredients were the cherry on the cake. Will definately stay there again!
Nice, clean room with own sauna. Blue tooth wasn't working though which was the only negative thing. The breakfast with local specialities was magnificent! Staff was always friendly. Good location. Can absolutely recommend!
This hotel has very nice rooms and some of them have lake views. There is also rooms with own sauna. If is able to manage to get upgrade with bonus card then upgrade room is with Sauna if has booked standard room.
Problem is just that this hotel is quite fully booked all the time or I have tough luck. This was first time for several years that there wasn't any big happening during my stay and I was able to get room from this hotel. Still I wasn't able to get upgade.
Sauna of hotel is nice also but "cooling" room of Sauna is too small. There was now 6 people on same time and there wasn't anhymore place to sit. Ofcourse balcony would be also nice for coling after sauna.
Restaurant had also good food but restaurant environment is not so comfortable.
Breakfast was very delicious and there is middle european style that they bring coffee on table. There is also psibility to order some extras on breakfast.
