This is our second time at this hotel. Everything was just as good as the last time. The breakfast was even better. Last time I would have rated breakfast as an extensive but standard hotel one. This time it reached to very good. 

The location of the hotel is perfect. Really close to the railway station and city core, conveniently connected by a bridge. Last time we had a room on the second floor and this time on the seventh, both really good. The rooms are spacious and high to ceiling. 

We didn’t have to time to go to the sauna last time but now we did. It is a really a nice sauna and they supply you with scrub cream, tea and water - at least in the women’s sauna. Don’t miss it!

However I do believe that why this hotel is so good depends entirely on the service minded and friendly staff. 

I would give cleaning 3 stars, room and breakfast 4 and staff 5!

Spent the night here while in the area on business. Very well appointed hotel, nicely updated, excellent rooms. Staff was excellent and attentive.

Room was very comfortable, with an excellent view of the lake and the city. Hotel restaurant was outstanding with excellent food and service.

I spent one night in this new hotel. Really nice!
Everything from the reception, via gym & sauna, all the way to the breakfast, what a delight!
Service was really attendative and friendly, hotel room was standard size, but room height was exceptional, must be 3 meters, and that was really nice! Beds were extra comfortable and there was everything y needed in the room!
Gym on the pent floor was small but had good selection of equipments and even two running mattresses. Really enjoyed the place!
The best place was sauna! it was nicely warm, not too hot, you can really enjoy your löyly there! The showers were huge (rain like showers, do not know the English name :) ), the best thing were all the adoable face masks, that you can try! I tried them all, and loved them! Especially honey one, peat mask and mint chocolate one :D. There is tea and coffee and water and very good realxing atmosphere. You should go there!
Breakfast was really good, with all the nice local products! Got to love the strawberry rhuburber juice and different kind of honeys! And flat bread with somked cheese!
For my opinion, this is the best choice for hotel in Jyväskylä <3
