The hotel was new and in good condition. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. We got a room at a lower floor so the view was pretty bad. Also the room got slightly too cold at night although the thermostat was set to maximum. The service was friendly and overall we had a nice stay.
Quite large hotel next to Jyväskylä Paviljonki. Quality and clean rooms, beds are good. On my point of view excelent front desk service, very friendy and helpful. Good quality breakfast. Hotel gym was also very nice, it's something that you can really train and you don't have to navigate to local gym. I like this hotel a lot.
Stayed one night. Friendly staff altogether. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean except there was hair in the sink and it didn't empty properly. Tray with soap etc wasn't clean. It was sorted after reporting it to reception.
Bed was excellent, we had good night's sleep. Had to ask information of the mattresses when not leaving.
Breakfast room was nice and even it was getting crowded it didn'the get too noisy. Food was tasty and the service was great.
Paviljonki is one of the best hotels in Finland. Clean, nice views and friendly staff. The beds are just amazing, rooms are quiet and well kept. The breakfast is my favourite, allthought the restaurant serves also very good food. Just recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a place to stay in Jyväskylä.
First of all the service was excellent and friendly everywhere. The room was spacious and I was lucky to be on the 7th floor with a nice view to wintery Lake of Päijänne. The AppleTV was working great (except not with the hotel GuestWlan - so had to use my own). Loved the huge amount of various pillows and the fact that you see the scenery when laying on the bed.
The minibar and coffee/tee station in the closet was just great. And there were also enough towels. The floor was nice (no carpet) but some nice surfice. Room looked so nice and peaceful. And of course you could plug your phones etc beside the bed.
The best part was the sauna (the gym was nice too). Great thick soft towels in sauna. Various tees, honey. All kind of beauty products: lotion, shampoo, conditioner and three differen kinds on mask and skin scrubs (natural). Sauna was just reniewed and the view was to the lake. Don't miss the sauna when staying at the hotel.
