I want to sincerely apologise for the unacceptable level of our housekeeping service. As you pointed out, we try to boost environment friendly procedures at our hotel, but it really should not mean that we provide poor cleaning and housekeeping service to our guests. This has clearly been our mistake and I thank you for letting us know, so that we can address the problem and improve in the future.
It is very nice to hear, that you found our hotel otherwise satisfactory and felt that our staff provided polite and friendly service.
