We booked the hotel in booking.com. Everything seemed okey but next morning we received sms that asked us to identify us by taking pictures of our ID cards and faces. Happily I was with my family and I have smartphone but if your camera doesn’t work or your battery is empty or you do not have smartphone then you have booked and paid the hotel and cant go. It is really weird why I need to do pictures of my face before going to reception. Really annoying
