Excellent expérience! We were desperate to find a place open on Sunday and still serving food at 8:30pm. Came across this place with the good reviews and open until 10 so I decided to call before we went all the way there. Perfectly pleasant and happy to have us! Our server was great, the food was delicious, and they have mixed drinks too! Best part was their prices were half what most places in Helsinki are charging 😍 Great place overall!

It was May Day, and many of the restaurants were closed. We inquired at our hotel desk of the Scandic Grand Marina (the hotel restaurant was closed too), and the woman on duty sent us to a Nepalese restaurant that she had been several times. Without her specific directions, it would have been hard to find. A small sign on the door in a historic old building. What a surprise. The restaurant was much larger than what you can first see. The service was prompt. The food came quickly. The spiceyness of the dishes is marked on the menu. Affordable (another surprise for Helsinki) with generous portions. The naan pieces were huge.

Bonus: the architecture of the four story stone and brick buildings in the surrounding streets was worth the walk
