This full restaurant is famous for it's delicious food, someone told me "like gourmee -style". We were celebrating birthday with some relations, and must reserve own room for having private session,,, menu was not so large but all they offered looked very good,,, and also tasted. All of our group (7 persons) liked what they ordered. Service was fine. This restaurant can be recommended, especially for groups, families etc.

So glad we went here, staff were so kind and lovely, food was delicious and could not fault it.

We arrived without a booking, a family of five with three children. They found a lovely spot for us in the private dining room and could not have done more for us.

We had salmon soup and steak tartare that we shared, followed by salmon potatoes salad, beef, fish of the day (sole) and meat balls. All were beautifully presented.

My daughter loved the meatballs and the said the mash potato was the best she had ever had (we ended up going through a long list of people’s mash potatoes she didn’t like, including her grandad’s! 😂). My son, demolished the Salmon soup and for my other daughter they brought a whole selection of gluten free bread ( and also most of the menu is gluten free)

Staff were so chatty (in English as I don’t know a word of Finnish) and were so accommodating, brought out spare plates for us and make sure we always had water.

Would 💯 recommend and definitely worth a visit if you want to eat some amazing, regional food.

Excellent food with smiling service. Truly a positive surprise, I stopped to have a quick lunch and decided to stay for a nice break.

I visited as a solo traveler on business having read the reviews here on TripAdvisor. The restaurant is situated on a quiet street corner with outdoor seating. I opted to sit indoors on this visit. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I went for the meatballs for my main and raspberry white chocolate cake for dessert. Both were delicious, the meatballs being very filling. Added bonus, they accepted AMEX when it came time to pay the bill.
