This design hotel is centrally located on the beautiful Bulevardi street.

On arrival at noon, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Our room was already ready.

We had booked a standard room with 19000 IHG points but were upgraded to a top-floor superior room because of my IHG Platinum Elite membership.

Point stays never include breakfasts but we were offered two breakfasts for 26 euros. The usual price is 29 euros per person.

Our room was bright and spacious with great views of Bulevardi street. Opposite the hotel are beautiful old buildings.

When coming back from our museum tour, there was a surprise fruit plate and a welcome card waiting for us on the table. Before I had already got my platinum drink voucher.

The breakfast had a wide selection of food. On Sunday morning, it was pleasantly calm until 10:00 but after that, there came several non-hotel guests utilizing the breakfast offer '2 for the price of 1'. Luckily we were already finishing our breakfast at that point.

The staff was very friendly.

Great hotel in Helsinki, not too far from the city centre and train station. Spacious clean rooms with Nespresso machines and large flat screen TVs. Very comfortable bed also and nice quiet neighbourhood.

Breakfast was quite disappointing with perhaps the worst eggs I have had anywhere in the world. See the photo I’ve attached. While I would stay again, I will skip eating there.

I was in Helsinki middle February and I chose for my second time INDIGO HOTEL. Great location walking distance to everywhere in center. Room looks very modern and comfortable, great shower and toilet and very nice scandinavian design. You feel warm and comfortable. Nice ammenities and teas and coffee as chocolate. I will definately be back.

This hotel is out of the way and whilst staff were polite, the rooms were below average. The bedding was good but the room cramped. The bathroom had mould around some of the tiles in the shower and there were no coffee pods available for the coffee machine due to a shortage. Helsinki itself did not seem to be over welcoming or friendly to strangers. It was a good stopover point for heading to Rovaniemi though and one night is enough.

What a good place to come to in helsinki. A lovely place in the heart of town with very lovely rooms and super clean. modern too!! the staff was a delight and very helpful. the restaurant was great and you could have a coffee or cocktail on the street. always great to be able to sit outside and watch the traffic. their recommendation of using one of their bicycles was great. best way to see the city
