The personnel were kind and helpful, although not everyone of them spoke Finnish. The beef I got was a perfect one: welldone (as orderded, thank you), juicy, tasty and one of the I've ever had. Overall, The food could have been 5/5, but then oven-baked potatoes were served over 5 minutes after the beef was brought in front of me. So I ate almost half of the beef without the sides. This was true to all of us: eight person in our table got the a bit too late.
I don't want to compare, but in McDonalds you'll get the drink, potatoes and the meal (i.e. the burger) at the same time - for 10 euros. Yesterevening I spent 60 euros for the meal and did not get the warm dishes at the same time. My next dinner will not be in Stefan's Steakhouse, sorry.

They ribbed off us so badly. They did not put wine price clearly so while we tought wedid drink glass of wine for 5.5 euro they charged us for cl and asked for 308 euro. We were shocked we said you should have told us and they did not qnd they made us pay. So do not go ever there as they are playing the wording.of the menu. The rest of the menu has information of bottle and glass cost one.page written computer and put inside of menu was by cl. It is not fair. We file complaint ot finish government for this unfairness.

Stefans´s Steakhouse used to be the best steak place in town. What concerns the steaks they were indeed tasty, but the rest of the experience in this place according to our recent visit is all down hill from there. The waiter was probably the sloppiest one in recent history with no attention to our table whatsoever except for bringing the food : Starters arrived one by one and finally the main course after 1.5h of waiting (after reminders). All this was crowned by a restroom that horribly smelled of pee. Please ! It´s time for the management to look in the mirror. This feels like customers are simply being under rated. With this level of price/quality ratio felt totally upset and this way it so easy to start taking the business elsewhere.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff.

We had a problem with the wine we ordered and it was immediately attended to and our bill credited.

Hamburgers were really nice and the meat done to perfection, pink and juicy.

Worth a visit.

First time in Helsinki and wanted to try something new and found that Stefan's was recommended for reindeer steaks.
The staff are exceptionally welcoming and the steaks we had were amazing. We'd never eaten reindeer before and it was just great.
Lovely atmosphere, good beer too.
A great introduction for us to Finnish cuisine!
