Hotel is located in a mall. The views are great if you happen to have a nice room. Rooms are decorated in a scandinavian fresh style.

However I give only 3 stars because there were too little staff. Check in was a nightmare. The breakfast was only average too.

A newly build hotel on top of Pasila trainstation. Good connections and shopping. Lovely view from the 13th floor. Cheap prices. We stayed there for twi nights just to check the hotel out ans explore the Tripla mall attached. Zero points to the mall as it was a dark labytinth. The resraurants were lousy, basicly only fastfood-places.
The cech in at the hotel was crowded as they tried to handle 600 rooms with only four check in-desks. There were only four elevators trying to handle the ca 800 guests. The situation at the elevators was worst during breakfasthours. On our floor allbe there were twenty peipke wauting for the elevator to get to breakfast or check out. The breakfast buffet was a chaos and the food was cold. There were plenty of families among the guests as the Linnanmäki-amusementpark is cliseby.
The room was plain, nothing special. Good view and very quiet. No fridge.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The views towards Helsinki city centre are beautiful and the hotel is easy to reach via public transport through Pasila Train station. I really liked My room, but the size is quite small. The bed is very comfortable. The only bad thing is the lousy shower pressure, I stayed on the 11 th floor. I also booked the sauna on the 8th floor for My personal use, it was Beautiful too and relaxing.

The breakfast is served on the 6th floor and the food is Good, but the restaurant is very busy. I ate in the first serving 7-9 am, but there were so much People at the same time. Loved the carelian pastries!

Our first time visiting this beautiful hotel. Everything from the excellent service to the amazing views from the room were top notch. The staff had even taken into account our special romantic getaway plans by making special ”gifts” to us, such as bringing us candy and a handdrawn card to us.

Also, the hotel is in such central location that we will definitely come back because of the easiness and close proximity to everything.

Room tip: Parking is only 25€ extra and easy to come and go.

This was our third time at this hotel and the second time in the Sauna Suite.

This time, the weather was clear and it was possible to enjoy the panoramic scenery from the 17th-floor suite. The Sauna Suite has windows in three directions because the suite is located at the end of the building.

The suite is very spacious. The decor is modern and stylish. The bathroom, although there is a sauna, is the weakest point in this suite. There would have been space for a bigger bathroom with a bathtub. Also, a rain shower is nowadays what you expect to find from this caliber of a suite.

Because of the restaurant lockdown, the breakfast was a takeaway breakfast. From a smaller selection, you could choose what you wanted and take it to your room. It was okay but not the best we have encountered during this pandemic.
