Awful hotel

The hotel is awful (both reception and hotel areas). Rooms are very noisy (the hotel is quite central and the window do not block noise outside as they should) and dirty. Service personnel very unpolite.

decent hotel, basic interior

this hotel in downtown Helsinki offers basic comfort during a business trip. Clean rooms, friendly and helpfull staff, decent breakfast. I staid there for two nights, for business the hotel was centrally located, as well as for business as for sight seeing. The hotel is situated in front of a big square and a busy road.

Hotel was comfortable and location good

Our room was quiet and we had everything what we needed. Breakfast was versatile and sauna real Finnish sauna. Customer service was nice and polite. And the location in the middle of Hakaniemi was great, because you can walk, take tram, bus or metro to go anywhere you want.

Not worth the price

I was there on a business trip. I personally did not like anything of the hotel: the shower was not working, the receptionists were unfriendly and the meals absolutely to be forgotten. For the price paid the service was not worth it
