This hotel has five suites. Poetry Suite on the 5th floor and Finlandia Suite on the 4th floor have the same price around 700-800 euros. We got our suite from a flash sale for 370 euros including breakfast.

All suites have a complimentary minibar with champagne etc and room service without service charge. All other suites have a balcony except the least expensive Church Park Suite.

The balconies of Poetry and Finlandia Suites don't have any special views but that we knew beforehand.

Finlandia Suite was much more impressive than we could expect from the hotel pics. The lit stairs to the living room made an extra wow impression. The terrace was huge 50 sqm.

An extensive welcome package was waiting for us. Last time I made a wish for proper champagne glasses for the minibar and now we got them together with the extra prosecco.

We ordered the breakfast to the room and it was extremely pleasant to enjoy it in the sunshine.

The first impression ,entering this property ,with a minimalist reception, is of a very severe and non hotel like establishment. However, as one enters through rfid controlled doors and past a rather large and again minimalist winter garden bar, the ambiance changes with cozy passage ways and well furnished though small rooms and high tech bathrooms.
The beds are extremely comfortable and the service and staff very helpful. We had to go to Estonia for two days and check out but return for just one night to Helsinki ,enroute to our next destination the following morning. Unfortunately our booking on return was in a different hotel. The staff were caring enough to hold our bags and have them delivered to the new hotel, waiting for us there and thus save us lugging them to Estonia on a ferry..... very caring.
Enjoyed our short stay and my only suggestion would be for them to prime up their lobby and winter garden.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel! I loved
every detail of our room! I couldn’t believe all the attention to detail... our room was absolutely beautiful and very clean and very updated! The robes they left for us to use were thick and comfortable and I also enjoyed the slippers. The soaps and lotions were beautifully scented.
There were also a couple of baskets of essentials to use... toothbrush and paste, combs, sewing kit, swabs , etc. The lighting in the room was wonderful! One can choose different levels of lighting with a touch of a switch...from dim to bright . The room even had a doorbell! Our room was absolutely perfect! The location of the hotel was perfect too! I also loved the cute bakery downstairs... we bought coffee and sandwiches there and all were delicious! I would stay here over and over ... and over and over!

We had an opportunity to stay in this new hotel in the heart of Helsinki. Parking is arranged via nearby Q-Park with 20% discount. Reception is smallish and modest but excellent service makes it up. Everything is new, clean and modern. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bathroom absolutely the best I’ve seen in a hotel. Cozy winter garden inside the hotel with drinks and food. Great breakfast with plenty of healthy options, especially porridge prepared overnight was so good.

St. George is very good hotel, but there are certain basic things that would need to different and better.

Great things:
The bar. Cosy location and very nice list of drinks.
Beds are very good.
Breakfast had very nice porridge. The sausage did taste excellent and cappuccino was silky and smooth.

Not so great things:
Reception area... It just does not work at all. When you come to a hotel there must be the vow effect. I thought I entered apartment corridor.
Spa service. Never leave customer empty handed.

Even St. George has been considered The best hotel in Helsinki, I cannot agree because example Kämp welcomes customer better.
