I was quite disappointed after checking up from menu, that I can have gluten free pizza. Of course there are always the "cover ass sentence" that "can not quarantee 100 % gluten free pizza". Usually this means that gluten free meals are prepared in same kitchen than others. This time after me ordering gluten free pizza I heard that it will be baked in the owen among normal pizzas.. In ViaTribunali Helsinki they did bake my pizza in own dish, but it was while ago so I don't know if they have the same thing today. Why bother make gluten free dough if it's going to contaminate when baking.. Via Tribunali was quite hostile at the beginning towards people who suffered celiac desease when they first opend. They actually informed in website that they will NOT make gluten free pizzas, because it's "not italian". Perhaps they have moved more passive-aggessive way to operate. Too sad that pizza itself is usually rather good even it's gluten free.
