Vety clean, fast check in / out. Only there for 2 night bed room was fantastic and the bed was sooooooooo comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer but it was only a business trip. Only critism was the lack of options for hot food. Mostly seemed to fatty/greasy bacon, eggs and beans. almost everything else was cold food. Apart from that, a great place to stay.More

Really loved everything about the hotel; friendly staff, good service, great gym and awesome breakfast buffet (a must try).
Staff really helped me with train schedules and booking of tickets (we were unfamiliar) and overall we give this place 5 stars and beyond.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff was professional and kind. The setting is nice, with beautiful views over the water. I enjoyed the sauna, and ate a dinner in Bistro Mesu and had breakfasts in the main restaurant area. The breakfast buffet is large, featuring a wide variety of international breakfast options.

All good indeed, light speed checkin, spacious room, excelent breakfest, in case I will be Oulu, I will stay there again. Restaurant pretty good, all was tasty. Parking place afront of hotel, need to buy ticket unfortunately

The hotel is clean and well kept, with a good location next to the market-place and citycenter. The staff is friendly and professional.
The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've experienced. A big bonus to the very pollite staff at the breakfast room, bringing coffee and tea of your choise to the tables - not very common in Finnish hotels.

The hotel was nice located and clean. Bed was soft and nice pillows, we didn’t here noices from the hallways. The view from 5th floor was good also. Breakfast was good, all basic thinks and bit extra too.
Gym was excellent (for a hotel gym, but also available for other).
Only ”bad” thing is that night is bit expensive.
