A clean budget option in Oulu. Expensive for what it is. Like a hostel with private rooms so you won’t meet anyone here as check in is by text message and access is by key pad codes. The smallest bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. Bathroom is modular. Good sized work desk. Room includes microwave, coffee maker and fridge. A/C is centrally controlled, so the noise is a bit annoying and it was a bit on the cold side.
