Our last night, a sunday night, before flying home again, we would like to eat in Rovaniemi.
In Finland most restaurants and shops are closed on sunday.
At the reception of our hotel they told us, this restaurant was open.
She ordered by phone a table for 2 persons and called for a taxi to bring us to this restaurant.
When we arrived at this place, indeed a table for 2 was ready.
It's a burger and streetfood cafe and looked good.
We had a nice dry wine and ordered " flavours of the north for two ".
It looked very good and also tasted very good. Because our flight was early in the morning, we just wanted good food, not a whole evening dinner.
Well, this was the right choise. The Lapland bread and the salmon were delicious.
Also the salmon mousse was very good.
My husband enjoyed the the reindeer-meat to.
After a cup of coffee they called a taxi for us to go to the hotel for having a few hours sleep.
It was really a good idea to go to this place !

We had several Board meetings and ended up for dinner to Roka-Street Bistro. We had first small things from South and North like rein deer sausages and salmon and then we ate a rein deer steak. It was very good.

Nice restaurant. I always come here when I visit Rovaniemi. I like the service, nice waiters, the food and the atmosphere. This time I came on a business trip and is always nice to find a spot to relax , have a drink and eat some food.

We were having a lunch with our family. Fish soup was excellent and "possuhässäkkä" was delicious! Kids said they want to came again!

Nice little place, good service and excellent food. We like very much the salmon soup and possuhässäkä ( pork and fries)
