This hotel is excellent is located in the middle of the city and have excellent restaurant. Breakfast is one of the best in Finland, if not best. There is also A sauna and gym. Room are very nice. Totally excellent.

Staff was polite, food was very tasty with excellent wine. Room was beautiful and comfort, but there was mould in bathroom, Smell was biting and identifiable. And they did not even be sorry. A little bit too much traffic noise.

My partner and I stayed here for a last minute weekend away and it's safe to say that we will definitely be back soon.
We had booked the polar room and the facilities were superb. Very clean, the sauna was a nice touch, plus the bed was super comfy.
Staff at reception were also wonderful and very welcoming.

Centrally located, beautifully decorated with friendly, helpful and professional staff. The rooms were immaculate. Very comfortable bed! Breakfast is very good with a great selection. The Winter Garden is perfect to catch up on some work and have a glass of wine. Sauna is available. Very clean and with good "Löyly". Extremely well priced consider how tastefully decorated and lux the accommodation is. I highly recommend this Hotel if you ever find your self in Rovaniemi. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. I will be back.

Nice and clean place with interesting furniture and design. The hotel room was spacious and neat. Staff was friendly and available. The breakfast was great with many campelling food options. The place had a very interesting vibe to it.
The location wasn’t that amazing and there were no watchworthy views.
Altogether a very nice and interesting place.

We are indeed very centrally located so we are mostly surrounded by buildings. However, our Polar+ room category have corner windows better views, so I recommend to give them a try next time.
