I booked the horse trail riding tour with Tuulia for end of October for my 7-year old daughter and myself. From Rovaniemi it took us about an hour by car through the snowy roads of Lapland. The horse riding was fantastic, Tuulia was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the surroundings. She accompanied us during the 1-1.5 hrs tour through the woods and walked all the time next to the horse of my daughter, which made me feel very safe. Tuulia has all the equipment available such as helmet, winter wear and gloves. The trail was beautiful and fun, with lots of explanations about the surroundings as well as horses and wildlife. We also did some galloping with the horses. Tuulia also has a lovely young dog and a cat which my daughter loved to spend some time with at the end of the tour. I can highly recommend a tour with Tuulia!

Tuulia is a wonderful guide who has a deep understanding and appreciation of horses. She is keen to select just the right horse for you and her horses are in excellent condition and fabulously well behaved. Riding in the Lapland forests in the twilight is a truly u forgettable experience. Tuulia is an excellent communicator who provided us with a lot of information about horse care in Finland which we found fascinating, coming from a very different part of the world.

Tuulia is a fantastic person and the horses are quiet and very very good! I recommend to everyone this beautiful and unforgettable experience! When we came back from the horse ride we tried to make horse-drawn snowboards (which we renamed horseboard) and it was amazing! We are waiting for the birth of Funny’s foal ❤️

We did the horse riding today. Tuulia is such a nice person! It’s one hour away from the city and in the car she was telling us stories about the people and life in Lapland.
For my family it was the first time on a horse, and they really enjoyed it! The horses are well trained and very loved.
Unfortunately the weather was really bad, but Tuulia took us with her to the forest and we enjoyed every minute! Even though there was no snow, it was an amazing experience! 🐴🐴🐴
Thank you Tuulia, if we come back to Lapland, you can expect us again! 😃

Thank you so much Tuulia! We had an incredible day! My partner and I had an amazing day riding in the forest with Tuulia. The horses are very well cared for and suitable for riders of all abilities. Tuulia was an amazing guide and could not have been more friendly and helpful. We were picked up on time and all equipment (helmets, snow suits etc) was provided. Tuulia tailors the ride to ability and we had a lovely walk/ trot as beginners (my first time on a horse!) but this would also suit more experienced riders. This is a small company and we were able to enjoy a very personal and friendly trip and share a meal of moose with Tuulia and her family. I cannot recommend enough. If you are thinking about riding in Rovaniemi look no further and contact Tuulia now! Amazing trip!
