I don't know if this is the case always, but when I was there, there were drunk and disturbing people from Estonia and a good gallery of otherwise weird people. Then the hostel itself, the browser was in Russian and the computer worked all in all poorly, text was lagging. Wifi worked some time, some time it did not work. The shower is built in such manner that the water makes a big pool on the restroom floor. Most people do not bother to wipe it. There were only two bowls in the kitchen. Hostel was clean, though, and the hostel keeper was friendly and helpful. Not only did the Estonians try to pick fight in the morning, they were really loud at night.

Staff do not speak English as stated on website. No staff onsite at any time. Arrived to find drunk men in common area who verbally and physically harrased me. On notifying staff was told it's not their problem and I should stay in my room.

I spent one night here last minute, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was given a three bed room to myself right opposite a bathroom which was very handy. The rooms are basic with free wifi and flat screen tv....but they are kept very clean!
