Ate here while on a business trip. I liked the idea of tapas-style multiple dishes. There was plenty of choice and each dish seemed very different. I would call this fusion food - scandi-mediterranean mix, Mediterranean-southeast Asian mix, etc. The food was very tasty and the service was helpful. The kitchen is open and the chef seemed to be very busy with a blow-torch so maybe this is also part of the uniqueness of the taste :-)?
