A good find for a lovely lunch stop. Right by the royal palace and in an interesting museum. There is a daily set menu with one meat, fish and vegetarian option. Or you can have a soup. Reasonable fixed price includes a salad bar, bread, coffee and a biscuit. We had a fish dish & the veggie plate. Both were beautifully presented and delicious. Definitely worth a visit.

Was visiting the museum and had lunch here and was pleasantly surprised. Had the swedish meatballs. Elegantly served with a carafe of water and freely available salad, breads and coffee with the meal. The meatballs were lovely - i was expecting far less.

while the ice cream sounds lovely I was full and forgot to turn my chair over to see who had signed it!

The Nobel museum doesn't cease to fascinate - and in the middle of it all; if you remember the existence of your stomach - the Bistro Nobel is great for a quick bite! Good range to choose from; well priced. Did you get served on cutlery used at a Nobel banquet?? ;)

It's small restaurant and today I come with big group must be reserve first. But you come with friend or just 2-6 person can be walk in. It's famous to order as ice cream so delicious and recommend to order and main course not bad. If you have time please visit here :)

The Bistro Nobel is a small restaurant/cafe in the Nobel Museum. It serves a set lunch every day (meat, fish, vegetarian and soup) for 100 SEK. The day I was there, it was super busy, so some choices were sold out. I chose the parsnip soup with cheese sticks for lunch, as I wasn't very hungry. However, when my soup was served it had changed to carrot soup. I didn't get an explanation as to why, but suspect they had ran out of parsnip soup. The carrot soup was very nice, so the switch didn't matter. In addition to the lunch, you can pick salad items from a salad bar, and it's included in your lunch price. Well worth a visit, as well as the museum.
