We mainly visited this museum because we got free tickets from the hotel but in the end I am glad we did see this. The museum holds mainly furniture and the start of the it is a little boring. But when you get to the really old stuff in the back, it gets really interesting. They had a thread winder from the 18th century which I thought was great. You can really see what style furniture people had in their homes in past centuries. During our visit there was a special exhibition about women in Chanel which was a photo gallery and very interesting. Note that backpacks are not allowed inside the museum and you have to leave them behind in a locker with DKK20 refunded deposit. This would not have been my first choice of museum, but I am pleased to say that I was surprised and would even visit this again.
