“Pretty, artsy area worth a stroll”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 February 2012

Lots of cool funky shops on the main drag coming off the bridge (Torvegade) & you're never far from a canal. Also a pair of impressive churches. Be sure to check out Inblik & Pang Christianshavn.

This is a very nice area to visit as a tourist. Do make a point of taking a canal tour and learning more!

“Unique, historic part of Copenhagen”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 February 2012

From narrow, charming, cobbledstoned streets dating back to the 15th century to picturesque ships to Christiania, Christianshavn has got it all - even some excellent restaurants, including NOMA, the best restuarant in the World and Era Ora are located there.

“Stroll among canals”

A great neighbourhood with old houses and canals. Sights are Christiania and Our Saviours Church. Many great restaurants (i.e. Kanalen)
