My husband has booked and when I looked at the reviews before arriving to the hotel I was a little scared, however I think that some of the negative reviews are a little silly. So lets clarify the positives and negatives.
Negatives:
This hotel is directly by the airport, the airport is not busy however if your window is open during landing or takeoff you simply have to expect noise and smell of fumes. When the windows are closed there is no noise or smell.
The hotel does not have air-conditioning which means in the summer months can get really hot if the window is closed.
The rooms are great but on the smaller sizer, so four people can sleep there that's it.
It is 3 star hotel so there is no fridge, table and chairs etc inside the room.
Positives:
The hotel, bathrooms, the tap water, the showers etc. are of very high quality.
The bed is very comfortable but it could be slightly short for someone very tall.
On arrival you will most likely checkin via the checking automat by the entrance rather than by the reception, something we will need to get use to as this is simply the future.
Despite that this is a small 3 star hotel it has very pleasant areas around the reception where you can sit and work or relax.
Despite the fact that the breakfast buffet is simple but OMG try the best on earth rye bread loaded with sunflower seeds, we are vegans so we got from supermarket extra avocado and lettuce simply because most of the foods were of course 'not for vegans'. They had different teas and coffees, very good looking pancakes with maple syrup, variety of cheeses and meats, and of course breads, jams, honey, and cereals.
Gym: running machine, rawer, multi-gum, dumbbells up to 20kg
Staff: very friendly
Very clean
We were able to pay in UK pounds in the restaurant
30 min walk to town centre, lego house, legoland etc. and good size supermarket
