Before you visit this wonderfully charming restaurant you need to know this: if you expect “fake” courting or even a formal service this is not your type of restaurant. This is probably as authentic as it gets - we dined there three out of five nights because it didn’t feel touristy at all and the food was excellent. At Ostria It really feels like you step in to someone’s kitchen and you immediately get treated as if you are part of the family, for better and for worse Go for the catch of the day which you get to choose yourself in the kitchen, pair that with a salad of choice and fried zucchini balls. Be sure not to miss the cuttlefish, fried and served hot in a pan with olive oil, salt and lemon!
