Stayed at Airotel Achaia Beach for 4 days and 4 nights (Dec 2015, family of 4). We were expecting a very good hotel experience just by looking at the photo's on booking. And so it was. The only 2 low's that I can think of are getting to and from the hotel (which with my mobile's gps was pretty easy but without I guess will be very difficult) and the wifi signal, which was low to medium most of our stay. Job got done, but needed patience.
Now for the high's, the view from our rooms balcony was awesome (beach and the Rio - Antirrio bridge), the room was cleaned up every day while we were gone, it was nice and spacious (especially the double bed was huge) and very clean, the breakfast was amazing both in quality and quantity, big parking area so no problem finding a car park at any time, the hotel staff were very helpful, warm and welcoming, very quiet neighborhood, fair priced room (paid 85€ per night, room for 4, breakfast included).
All of us left the hotel with the best of impressions. Hope we get to revisit it again in the near future.

Room tip: Awesome views, helpful staff, quiet rooms and neighborhood, little difficult with accessibility (none if using car with gps)

For half the price one would pay, we got an ocean view room, looking directly onto the bridge and the sea! Room was big enough, clean enough with some minor details overlooked, for example, the wall has stains on it. No free bottled water.

The first minute we step into the room it felt like paradise. Everything was very clean, white marble bathroom, fantastic view of the sea and a beautiful terrace to admire the view. Bed was super comfortable and hotel even prepared a cot bed free of charge for our baby. Facilities were great with a big salt water pool and free towels. Breakfast was complete and staff at hotel was attentive. Free parking and few nice bars and restaurant within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel

Stayed for five nights attending a conference at the university. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. I loved the view of the sea, the mountains and of the Rio-Antirio bridge. The pool was nice, great to have the possibility to swim in the sea or in the pool.
Only disadvantage was that there are no shops or markets within walking distance. But you can easily get to the centre of Patras by taxi or train.
This hotel would be nice for family with kids or couples.

Room tip: Room with sea view!
