This establishment is near the White Tower which is the Thessaloniki waterfront landmark monument turned into a museum.
Estia bakery has modern furnishings, is bright and spacious with both inside seating and terrace seating.
It offers cooked food, baked goods, sweets, ice cream and coffee. It is a self-service establishment (that is no table service). We stopped here for coffee (espresso, cappuccino) which was expertly prepared for us by Nikos and ice cream. Everything was just fantastic.

Each morning we hit the bakery for specialty coffees and baked goods on the way to work. There is a wide selection of freshly baked delights including cakes, chocolate
covered goodies and just made sandwiches.
The staff is very friendly and speaks English.
The bakery is on the pricey side but worth it. Large coffee is 2.6 euros. Directly across the street is a walk up shop that sells "filtered coffee" i.e. black coffee for 1euro - you get a small bottle of water with it.
We keep going back - day after day!

Today i visited to get something for breakfast for me and my girlfriend. I got some very small cheese pies which was 90% crust 10% cheese some terrible koulouri, which was very sweet on taste and was very foamy and lastly some ridiculously low quality breadsticks, which supposedly was covered with corn, but when i you eat them there is absolutely no taste of korn in them, they have this sweet taste as well and also they was not fresh. I bought these, because thats what i buy usually from my local bakery. In my lical bakery usually i pay around 5 euros. In this terrible bakery, Estia i payed 9 euros. I will never ever set foot on this ridiculously low quality and ridiculously high price shop. When i m hungry i don't care about your shiny decoration, i care for some good quality and fairly priced products, you lack both big time

The chocolate sweet was great, but I didn't enjoy their milfey. The service was late and I had to look for their waiter to pay the bill. Be ware of the steep staircase that leads to immaculate clean toilets.
