My husband and I spent a week here, returning to the UK on 01.10.2017.
We booked this a week before departure and were expecting basic facilities.
Liberatos Village is situated up a really steep hill, which we knew about and enforced some exercise.
The worst thing about our room was the lack of cleanliness. Towels and sheets were only changed once during the week and the room was only cleaned twice. We had a ground floor room and therefore did not have a balcony. This meant if we had the door open there was no privacy. We did ask to move to a first floor room but this was not facilitated whereas others who had arrived on the same day were moved after complaining.
The staff seemed pretty surly and not particularly interested in helping. Bearing in mind this is a family operation I was surprised by the lack of interaction the staff had.
The island itself is beautiful but I would not recommend staying at this accommodation.More
