This was a clean furnished studio right on the sea front, comfortable room with daily housekeeping. However, we were never told that reception closed at 2:30. Our keys were left for us so there was no problem getting in but we would have preferred arriving when reception was there to orient us. I had sent a question to the owner a few months back asking if there was parking available and were tokd that there was free parking on the premises. That is not true. You have to be lucky to get a parking spot out front otherwise you drive around and try to find parking. So communication was not good at this accommodation. In addition, there was no mention that the place was called Aqua Marina apts. so we had some difficulty finding the place, even though the address matched. I think the owner should communicate information better to people who have registered to stay there. The kitchenette was ok but spare, tea kettle, coffee drip machine, plates and cutlery, two burners, microwave and fridge. Nothing else, no sugar, s and p, so you have to buy everytging you need.
