Great location, in downtown surrounded by great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walking distance to the sea. Modern and clean rooms, good staff, good breakfast. I would definitely go back when next time in Crete.

Perfect location in Old town Heraklion! Walking distance to sites, shopping, restaurants and port. Hotel was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival and even arranged taxi to meet us at airport. Once at the hotel the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful! Big room with balcony, comfy bed and linens, Samsung tablet in the room which came in very handy, coffee maker, robes and slippers and great daily housekeeping. The breakfast was substantial and tasty and we were happy to see the hotel took all COVID precautions. Will definately return and can highly recommend!!

The Hotel is absolutely magnificient!
My partner and I are grateful to hospitality and friendliness of George in front desk. He was really gentle, ensures if we have a great stay and safe destination on time when we checked out and gave us a really good recommendations during our stay - made our holiday absolutely brilliant!
Hotel in general design and made with high-quality materials. Beds are really comfortable, bathroom is amazing as well. Nothing to say on apart that everything was perfect!

This hotel was great for 1-2 nights to see Heraklion. It is well-located and the staff is helpful and pleasant. The onsite restaurant is also very good for overall food, although not for Greek food. The breakfast situation would normally be fine, except that it was located in the basement in pretty close quarters without any outside ventilation. During the covid period, they'd be better off relocating the breakfast to the lobby-level/sidewalk cafe so there was better ventilation. Also, and I know this is a European thing, but still, every element of the bathroom had its own room--a separate toilet, a separate shower, and the sink was in the main bedroom. That meant that if you used the toilet in the middle of the night and wanted to wash your hands, you needed to come into the bedroom and use the sink, which was adjacent to the bed. Not a problem for a single traveler, but if there are two of you and you don't want to disturb your partner in the middle of the night, it was awkward.

Room tip: If you want a quiet room, ask for one at the back or the side away from the square in front of the hotel, which can be noisy at night.
