We had dinner here the other night with our 2 kids. Had the aubergine with goat cheese, roast lamb, and egg with zucchini and chips. Everything tastes great but the aubergine dish came out a bit cold, and so did the roast lamb. Not a huge deal. The host/owner was very generous and authentic. He gave us all delicious Greek yogurt with honey as dessert, as well as shots of liquor. As we were walking out the door he also wanted to give us more things for the kids but we really needed to get the kids to bed. Overall a good meal and reasonably priced.

The restaurant is not placed in the city center. When we were trying to find it in dark streets we were a little bit afraid. When we finally found it the restaurant was empty and the menu wasn't nice - crossed out prices, not clearly written. My friends took chicken (it was with bones) and they didn't like it. I took aubergine with minced meat and I liked it a lot. Complimentary starter (baguette with olives pasta) and dessert - fruits. Nevertheless, we would not come back there again.

We ordered zuchinni with eggs aubergines with minced meat, and dakos. Everything was amazing and the vegetables are really fresh. At the end of the meal, we had fruit and raki on the house. The owner was really friendly. The place was a bit remote comparing to other restaurants in town, but you will have no difficulty in finding it with the location Tripadvisor provided. It is definitely worth a visit!

What a dining experience! Warm generous hospitable host, beautiful freshly prepared Cretan foods, super fresh ingredients including cuttlefish eggplant and fresh fruits, all washed down with local wine. Host made extra effort to make us comfortable including bringing me a small table to keep my bag and other accessories off the floor. Highly recommend!

Lovely place. Delicious local food, and fantastically hospitable and generous host. We went for a quick lunch and ended staying most of the afternoon...
